The program includes private 1-on-1 coaching sessions where we work directly on your specific challenges. You'll get personalized feedback, real-time support, and practical tools you can apply immediately to your work.
This is live coaching. We work together in real-time so you can get personalized feedback, ask questions, and apply what you're learning immediately to your work.
The timeline varies based on your goals and which track you choose. Most people in Track A see significant improvements in 3-6 months. Track B typically takes 6-12 months to complete because you're building a full speaking business alongside your current role.
Prerequisites & Preparation
No prior experience required for Track A. You just need to be ready to work on improving your communication and willing to practice what you learn.
For Track B, we recommend completing Modules 1-3 first (or having strong foundational communication skills) before moving into the professional speaking modules. Module 5 requires that you have your message defined (Module 1) and your skills polished (Module 3). Module 6 requires the credibility assets from Module 5.
Bring your real work. If you're in Track A, bring the presentations, emails, meeting scripts, and conversations you're actually working on. If you're in Track B, bring your speaking topics, demo footage, and business questions. We work on what matters to you right now.
